Legal Services
The CSEA provides attorney representation regarding work related issues affecting civil service workers' job security; i.e. hearings, grievances, disciplanary actions, suspensions, layoffs and terminations. The CSEA attorney will advise members on appeals arising from these actions.
Please be avised that the CSEA is not a labor union nor does it provide services for EEOC Federal issues. However, we do screen, and offer legal advice on these matters.
