Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) and the Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union, Inc. (GCCCU, Inc.), located at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Avenue, are sister affiliations. Together, CSEA and GCCCU, civil service membership consists of approximately 5,000 classified civil service governmental workers.

Membership dues are $10.00 per month and new members are urged to request automatic payroll deductions from their employment payroll department(s). However, when payroll deductions are not an option, an upfront yearly fee of one-hundred twenty ($120.00) is required that can be paid directly to the CSEA through its website's 'PayPal' option. Also, a one time joining fee of $5.00 can be made through the PayPal link while payroll deductions are in process.

Classified Civil Service employees having bank accounts with the Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union, Inc., can automatically become members of the Civil Service Employees Association. CSEA Membership cards are included in GCCCU's new customer packages.

Please note: The Greater Cleveland Community Credit Union's services are open to all Cuyahoga County residents, while CSEA membership is restricted to Classified Civil Service employees throughout Cuyahoga County. Members desiring to hold trustee positions on the CSEA Board, are invited to join and are voted into office by a majority vote of the total membership body at the annual meeting. A Letter of Confidentiality is required. Please check the website for Trustee application forms on CSEA website.
